TRIATHLON RACE DAY CHECK LIST

My IronMate list below is just a guide add your own personal items.
General
(  ) Race packet - print out race details - read again and again & when travelling.
(  ) British Triathlon Federation race licence (nationall federation ID)
(  ) Race entry confirmation letter
(  ) Wallet, ID, driving license, cash for each country etc.
(  ) Transition bag (preferably backpack style)
(  ) Pre-race meal
(  ) Energy bars and/or gels not just for race day
(  ) Fluid replacement drinks and/or water
(  ) Vaseline Body glide
(  ) Watch/Heart rate monitor/alarm clock as back up 
(  ) First aid kit
(  ) Toothbrush and paste
(  ) Hotel information
(  ) Directions, maps, etc to race start
(  ) Portable music system, books, magazines, etc.
(  ) Extra safety pins
(  ) Extra swimsuit
(  ) Extra towels

Swim
