I have competed in more than 1,150 endurance events worldwide and have been helping all ages all abilities complete extraordinary extreme feats of human endurance. If you are considering completing your own endurance event and avoid the mistakes that will cause you to fail, then get in contact.

CCC 62 miles (100km) is a 3 Country ultra run from Courmayeur (Italian Alps) Switzerland (Grand col Ferret 2537m) and France finishing at the Heart of Mayeur of Chamonix 
100 miles (Badwater Ultra – Western Sates 100 mile - Death Valley) 
Grand Union Canal run (GUCR) 145 miles from Birmingham to London along the grand union canal (#GUCR) 
Ultra marathon running = 24 hours (Treadmill Road or Trail) Spartahlon (246 km / 153 miles) Athens to Sparti to running 1,000 miles (Lands End to John O Groats), running across America.

Ironman full distance Triathlon – Swim 2.4 mile swim bike 112 miles run 26.2 miles (140.6 miles)

Triple times full distance Triathlon – Swim 7.2 mile swim bike 336 miles run 78.6 miles (421.8 miles)
Four times full distance Triathlon – Swim 9.6 mile swim bike 448 miles run 104.8 miles (562.4 miles)
Deaman triathlon 10 full distance triathlon on 10 consecutive days 1,406 miles

I have competed in most of the above and provided training plans and coached and helped athletes on race day to complete the above endurance triathlons.  

Devizes to Westminster 125 mile event starting on Kennet and Avon canal for 54 miles then the River Thames finishing at Westminster bridge 
26.2 mile marathon in a kayak or canoe 
50 events in my 50thYear one event a week for a whole year.
