BLOOD TYPE FOODS
Blood type O is the hunter & the original blood type.
Man who was strong and active and whose main food was meat.
Blood type A is the cultivator blood type when man settled down rather than roaming became a farmer. Today’s modern vegetarian eating vegetables and plants is likely to be blood type A. preferring not to eat red meat
Blood type B can be linked back to Nomad times. They had a strong immune system and were able to digest meat and vegetables getting the most form the land during times of plenty. Being good at eating everything in moderation from diary to meat to vegetables and plants this blood type should be the ones who are healthier.
Blood type AB is a hybrid blood type neither A or B group
Foods for your right blood group can either make you lean with a strong immure system or tired and fatigued.
Remember we are all individual with different lifestyles and demands to monitor what you eat keep a food diary and soon you will see a pattern of foods to eat and foods to avoid or at least eaten in moderation.
The mistake is to eat foods you simply like the taste of.
Blood type group 0 first type of group to be identified-
Hunter gatherer around 50,000 B.C.
They lived mainly on high protein meat based diet so therefore O types should focus more on meat.
Each blood type has different characteristics that allow it to eat, digest, and assimilate food best for that group. Since Os have been blessed with such strong stomach acid and respective enzymes, they are able to metabolize almost everything, even those foods not recommended for them. However, the Bs, As and ABs do not have this luxury, and accordingly, must be more careful in their eating habits, or suffer the consequences.
Now if you happen to be Blood Type A, who already has thick blood, your blood becomes even thicker. The thicker the blood, the slower it moves and the harder your heart must pump to push the blood through your arteries. This thick slow moving blood makes it easier for plaque to build up on your artery walls. Hence, high blood pressure, heart disease, or a cornucopia of other illnesses. You get the picture.
Blood type A has been established around 15,000 years B.C
