Adrenal gland support

Improve your adrenal glands health and you will find you have much more vitality for life.

An Epsom salt bath can help remove the fatigue and acidity from your stressed body.
Add drops of rose or lavender oils to your bath and let yourself relax and unwind (I make no apologies for telling you to turn off your cell phone while you have a few minutes relaxing).
The oils can help you relax & improve the quality of sleep better but will also replenish the adrenal glands without causing them to become stimulated.

Get to be by 10pm even if this means getting up earlier (even night owls those that prefer to go to bed late and get up late will benefit over time)

Use small amounts of essential oils on your pillow to help you sleep too much can have the opposite effect.

Avoid stimulants as these give you too much of a lift which depletes the adrenal system that then has to work harder to replace. (Caffeine etc)

Balance sugar levels so aim on a low sugar diet with enough protein and healthy fats.
Healthy vegetables fruits and carbohydrates give a much more stable inner environment and cause much less stress.
Calming practises include yoga or Tai Chi or even 5-10 minutes “Me Time” or “Time Out” 3-5 times a week

Herbal teas are also relaxing only if drunk slowly Chamomile & honey or Green Tea.
Also Chinese Ginseng is helpful.
All the above are to energize not stimulate your mind and body.
