My name is Mark Kleanthous and I have been competing in triathlons for over 30 years. I have completed more than 1000 races, including more than 36 at Ironman distance as well as double and even triple Ironman. I have been coaching atheletes from novice to professional for more than 15 years and have helped many hundreds of people achieve their goals in the sport.
